Cancellation Policy

Picnic Policies 📅 Reservations * A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. * Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. * The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event. ⏰ Time Policy * Guests may arrive later than the scheduled time; however, lost time will not be added or refunded. * The picnic will still end at the originally scheduled ending time. * At the end of the picnic, guests will have an additional 30-minute grace period to gather their belongings and leave the area. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds * Deposits are non-refundable. * Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of payment. * In case of bad weather, picnics may be rescheduled based on availability. 🌧️ Weather * If weather conditions are unsafe for the picnic setup, rescheduling will be offered. * We are not responsible for unexpected weather changes during the event. 🧺 Furniture & Decor Care * Any damage to decor, tables, pillows, tableware, or accessories must be covered by the client. * Please treat all picnic furniture and decorations with care throughout the event. 🗑️ Clean-Up Policy * Guests are responsible for leaving the picnic area clean after the event. * Please do not leave trash in the park or surrounding areas. * All trash must be properly disposed of in trash bins or sealed bags. 🚫 Restrictions * Smoking is not allowed near decorations or picnic textiles. * Disrespectful or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. * Certain locations may have additional rules that must be respected. 🍓 Food & Extras * Food, beverages, flowers, and personalized extras are available at an additional cost. * All add-ons must be requested in advance. 💕 Important Our goal is to create a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable experience for every client.
